About The Community of Blue Quill Estates
With the Whitemud Creek Ravine wrapping around its western and northern borders and the secluded design of the neighbourhood, Blue Quill Estates is one of the safest and most private neighbourhoods in the city. More than half of the homes in this up-scale community were built in the 1970’s, contributing to the unique architecture and layout of the community. Both Blue Quill Estates and the neighbouring Blue Quill were named in honour of Chief Blue Quill of the Saddle Lake Band of central Alberta.

The neighbourhood of Blue Quill Estates is only a short drive from 111 ST NW, which will take residents to either Anthony Henday or Whitemud Drive. Whitemud Drive can also be accessed from 119 St NW, which borders the community to the east.
Blue Quill Estates is also a very short drive to Century Park LRT and Transit Centre, where residents can take advantage of the Park & Ride. There are also very established and efficient bus routs in the area that can bring residents of Blue Quill Estates to the transit centre.
