Overlooking Whitemud Creek Ravine is the beautiful neighbourhood of Aspen Gardens, known for its quiet and serene location close to some of Edmonton's best schools. You will find cozy homes with various floor plans located in the community as well as larger homes nestled along tree-lined streets, walking and biking trails leading down into Whitemud Creek Ravine. Many of the homes for sale in Aspen Gardens were built in the 1960’s, while the remaining were built in the 1970’s, which can be seen in the almost-retro style that some of homes are built in. You will now find more and more newly built homes as well as some of the older properties are removed to make room for new ones. Just a few minutes drive down 40th Avenue and then south along 111 St NW from Aspen Gardens is Century Park. Commuting and Transportation in Aspen Gardens
Whitemud Drive and 119 Street border the community of Aspen Gardens, and Whitemud Drive can take residents to Calgary Trail/Gateway Boulevard.
The neighbourhood of Aspen Gardens is also a very short distance to Century Park LRT and Transit Centre. Residents can take advantage of the transit centre’s Park & Ride.
