A great location close to serene walking trails, amenities, shopping and major transportation routes such as Whitemud Drive and Anthony Henday for easy commuting.

• Terwillegar Heights Towne Square, The Market at Magrath, and Shoppes of Terwillegar Gardens are a hub of more commercial centres located at the intersection of Rabbit Hill Road and 23^rd Avenue, right outside the community of Hodgson.
