The Edmonton River Valley 

The Edmonton River Valley is made up from over 7300 hectares of parkland which makes it the largest continuous area of urban parkland in Canada spanning from Devon to Fort Saskatchewan with trails connecting all of the various park areas together in between. The trail system that is utilized for many different activities including, walking, running, biking and enjoying nature holds more than 160Km's (or 99 Miles) of maintained trails for your enjoyment. Many Edmontonian's utilize our River Valley trail systems, but it is also home to many types of plants, birds and various wildlife. Some of Edmonton's most popular communities are located along or near to the North Saskatchewan River Valley, and people tend to live in these communities specifically for quick access to the River Valley, and river Valley amenities.


Downtown Edmonton 

Downtown Edmonton is a vibrant location full of new development, and old charm making it one of the most enjoyable locations for entertainment, restaurants, and night-life for our City. You will find our brand new arena, home to the Edmonton Oilers, and the corresponding entertainment district, the Edmonton Art Gallery, The Royal Alberta Museum, the many restaurants/bars on 104 st as well as Jasper Avenue, and so much more for your enjoyment. Many people residing in Downtown Edmonton chose to do so to be close to work, amenities, and everything mentioned above. Homes Downtown Edmonton range from high-rise and walk-up apartment style condominiums, to residential detached home located in various communities surrounding the Downtown Core. West Edmonton Mall 

This mall has been an Edmonton attraction for decades. Once upon at time it was the largest shopping mall in the world (until 2004), and now sits a very respectable 23 worldwide. It is still the second largest mall in North America, and one of the busiest in Canada. West Edmonton Mall is home to all the major brands, big box stores and boutiques stores alike. It also has some of Edmonton's favourite restaurants, entertainment venues, an indoor waterpark, and amusement park which is home to one of the worlds largest indoor rollercoasters. West Edmonton Mall has been an amazing attraction for Edmontontonians' for generations, and is also a major tourist attraction for visitors to our beautiful City. 


University of Alberta 

Edmonton is the proud home to The University of Alberta. One of Canada's best University's where students come from across the country, and much further to attend. The University of Alberta is centrally located on our City, just to the south of the North Saskatchewan River giving you quick access to Downtown Edmonton, Whyte Avenue, and the Edmonton River Valley. The university of Graduate, undergraduate and Professional programs, and is considered a "comprehensive academic and research university" (CARU). The University has a strong alumni and is a treasure to our wonderful City.
