 Windermere is home to various shopping areas with more being added every day. One of the more established shopping areas is Currents of Windermere. This shopping hub is home to the Cineplex Odeon Windermere Cinemas and VIP Theatre, big box stores such as Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Walmart, Cabela’s, Safeway, Marks Work Warehouse, Staples, Dollarama, Winners, HomeSense, Wine and Beyond, and London Drugs, to name just a few! Currents of Windermere is also home to many restaurants and fast-food establishments, including Boston Pizza, Chili’s, Montana’s, Cora’s, and Brown’s Social House, with more being added all the time. As this shopping area continues to grow, Currents of Windermere is quite literally becoming your one-stop-shop for anything you might need, which makes living in the community of Windermere quite appealing.

Commuting to and from Windermere is nothing short of convenient. You have quick access to the Anthony Henday, Terwillegar Drive, Rabbit Hill Road, Whitemud Drive, and Ellerslie Road that take you anywhere in the city in minimal time.
